Module 4: GenAI for Career Preparation
📌 About Module 4
Module 4 is different in format and content from the earlier modules. This module brings together the GenAI literacy lessons students have built across Modules 1-3.
The lesson plans introduce career exploration through adaptable, accessible activities that can be facilitated as a full sequence or broken into standalone exercises, depending on your classroom needs.
At the heart of Module 4 are the GenAI exercises. With a foundation in how GenAI works, its ethical implications, and how to construct effective prompts, students are ready to explore using GenAI as a thinking partner. Career exploration becomes the context in which that literacy gets put into practice: not just asking an GenAI for answers, but using it to interpret data, challenge assumptions, and work toward decisions that are their own.
Applying GenAI literacy to something personally meaningful is the defining feature of this module.
